The impact of COVID‐19 pandemic on employees organizational commitment and job satisfaction in reference to gender differences

Abstract: In this study, an attempt has been made to examine the level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction among male and female school teachers working in private schools during the Covid‐19 pandemic.
