Trampoline-based therapies have demonstrated the potential to enhance motor skills in children with autism by promoting the development of control, stability, and muscle power. This research aimed to investigate the impact of different trampoline therapies on motor abilities competency, lower limb muscle power, and body mass index (BMI) in a group of 25 children with autism (aged 6.9 ± 2.3 years old). Respondents were separated into two groups to participate in the experiment: Group A consisted of six children who underwent a 20-week program, while Group B comprised eight children who received a 32-week program. Additionally, an 11-member control group received no treatment. The Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Ability-2 otherwise stated (BOT-2), the Standing Long Jump test, and Mass Index of Body (BMI) assessments was administered at three time points: baseline (T1), during the program (T2), and after the program (T3). The results showed that both experimental groups demonstrated significant improvements scores in BOT-2 and lengthy standing jump workout performance after 20 and 32 weeks of trampoline-based therapy, respectively, compared to the control group. However, there were no significant changes in mass index of body before and after the programs in any of the three groups. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that engaging in trampoline training for a minimum duration of 20 weeks could potentially serve as an efficacious therapeutic approach to enhance motor skills among children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

This research aims to investigate the relationship between physical activity and social interaction using quantitative descriptive methods and correlational research designs. Social interactions play an important role in students' social development, and physical activity may influence this aspect. Data was collected by distributing assessment questionnaires to 31 samples who were students in grades 4 and 5 of SD Negeri Cikadu. This research aims to understand whether there is a correlation between physical activity and the development of students' social interactions. The research results show that there is a correlation between physical activity and verbal interaction of 0.522 which is included in the sufficient category. Then there is a correlation between physical activity and physical interaction of 0.371 which is included in the weak category. Furthermore, the relationship between physical vitality and emotional interaction shows a figure of 0.440 which is included in the sufficient category.

The purpose of this study was to produce an effective and efficient digital-based sit and reach measurement test kit as a test development and measurement of back muscle flexibility. The type of research in this research is a mixed methods research with a Research & Development (R&D) research design from Borg and Gall. This research was conducted with 9 research stages namely, (1) Research and information collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Develop preliminary form of product, (4) Preliminary field testing, (5) Main product revision, (6) Main field testing, (7) Operational product revision, (8) Operational field testing, (9) Final product revision. The population in this study used students from the Faculty of Sports Science and Athletes of Pelatda Sumut. Furthermore, from the Phase I trial, totaling 15 people showed a score of 87.8% with the Eligible criteria, then from the Phase II trial, which totaled 30 Pelatda Sumut athletes, it showed a figure of 90% in the Very Eligible category. From the results of the research/feasibility test carried out by test and measurement experts, IT experts and sports academic experts, it shows a score of 96% in the Very Eligible category, so it can be used. Based on the data obtained, the development of a digital-based sit and reach test and measurement tool was declared feasible to be developed as a test tool and measurement of back muscle flexibility.
