The relevance of this article covers historical, religious, local and diplomatic factors, which reflect the importance of research and the multifaceted nature of Isbijab. The purpose is to study the Isbijab School of fiqh law in the Middle Ages in the context of Islamic law and the history of Kazakhstan. In this work, standard historiographical methods are used: historical-systemic method, historical-comparative method, method of historical periodization and others. The main result is to clarify the role of the fiqh school of Isbijab in the context of studying the history of Islamic law on the territory of modern Kazakhstan and in the region as a whole. The authors also found that Isbijab was one of the centres of Islamic studies and law not only in Kazakhstan but also in the whole of Central Asia in the XI to XII centuries. It was the time when Isbijab developed its legal concept and school of fiqh, the Hanafi madhhab. This school of Islamic law introduced a new generation of legal scholars and their pupils, whose major works and academic degrees paved their way in the historiography. Their experience helped the researchers to study the manuscript works of medieval Isbijab jurists from a historical-legal and theological point of view. The paper shows the findings of an ongoing study of Isbijab legal practitioners in the framework of the "Mukhtasar al-Tahawi" book. Work has practical relevance not only in the context of Islamic studies and Islamic law but also in history, international relations, country knowledge and in other disciplines.

This article presents a philosophic analysis of existentiality of the space of society. The authors base their research on an analysis of the works of J.-P. Sartre, A. Camus, K. Jaspers, C. Jung, L, Vygotsky, E. Fromm, J. Salinger, S. Beckett, and other recent representatives of existential philosophy, psychology, and existential fiction. The main goal of the present study is to define the existential space and discuss the main determinants of existentialization of social ontology. The results of this study are as follows: definition of the existential social space as a space of society where negative socio-psychological tensions, the dominance of “the war of all against all”, and indifference of the society towards its members engender and intensify the existential tension in its representatives; discussion of a special feature of the social time existence, which is formed under the influence of space existence and manifested as slowing down, stopping, or acceleration of time in the perception of an existential subject; description of the main levels of the existential space and time of society; suggestion of possible methods of dialectical “relief” mitigating the existence of the society and its actors.

The article deals with a comparative analysis of the semantic characteristics of paremiological units (PU) with a modality element, explaining an animalistic feature in Spanish, English, and Tatar languages. PU with that factor is of tremendous interest for examining the linguistic world-view of the Spanish, English, as well as Tatar languages. The significance of this study lies in the fact that phraseological units are complicated and controversial notions in linguistics. A descriptive-analytical method is utilized to meet the study’s aims. This research topic is substantial to modern linguistic sciences so as to detect the characteristics and structure of the PU of the Tatar languages, Spanish, and English. This paper examines the animalistic character of the paremiological units with the modality element in the various comparative languages. The common and specific types utilizing the modality element in linguistics and also in their classification are taken into consideration. The study’s results obtained are of utmost importance for scientists who study the phraseological units’ concepts in Tatar languages, Spanish, as well as English. These outcomes can be applied to the inspection and the examination of research and cultural problems and also to the procedures of language learning.
