The Hyper Vulnerable Consumer as a Weak Party in Chilean Law: A Taxonomy and Scope of the Applicable Legal Protection

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to address the hyper vulnerable consumer as a weak party in Chilean law from a theoretical and legal perspective.
