The Geode Process I: Hollow Silica Microcapsules as a High Surface Area Substrate for Semiconductor Nanowire Growth

Abstract: <div><div><div><p>We introduce and demonstrate critical steps toward the Geode process for the bottom-up synthesis of semiconductor nanowires.
