Abstract:We investigated the relationship between the severity of silent myocardial ischemia and the functional state of arteries endothelium. We studied the significance of violations of vasomotor function with the loss of the ability to flow-dependent vasodilation as a risk factor, which increases the probability of the episodes of silent myocardial ischemia among patients with Type II DM.
