The Factor That Affects the City’s Readiness to Adopt Electric Vehicles: A Conceptual Paper

Abstract: Transportation is one of the highly demanded industries as a benefit to the owner at this time as rapid access to any geographical location in the world. However, some drawbacks arise when this sector contributes to worldwide environmental pollution. This paper compiled and analyzed the previous literature, which addresses the variables necessary to evaluate the readiness to adopt electric vehicles to become a low-carbon city.
