The Experience of Infliximab Usage in Juvenile Arthritis in the Republic of Bashkortostan

Abstract: years after its beginning. Allergic anaphylactoid reactions at the 10th and 14th infusions caused the drug withdrawal in 2 children (14,3%). In one year the treatment was completed in 9 patients (64,3%). The positive effect (improvement on at least 30% according to the ACRpedi criteria) in 2 weeks after the 1st infusion was registered in the majority of the patients (12 of 14 children, 85,7%).
