The Efficacy of Tranexamic Acid and Corticosteroid on Edema and Ecchymosis in Septorhinoplasty

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of tranexamic acid (TA) and methylprednisolone on periorbital edema, ecchymosis, and intraoperative bleeding in patients who underwent open septorhinoplasty (oSRP).
