The Effects of the Personal Variables on Organizational Commitment in Public Organizations in Saudi Arabia

Abstract: The present study investigated the impact of various personal variables on organizational commitment of employees working at different hierarchical levels. Age, gender, education level, and years of experience were studied as the personal variables. The study sample consisted of 137 employees who work for a public organization in Saudi Arabia, resulting in a response rate of 74.5 percent.
