The aim of the study was to identify the direct and indirect existing relationship among personality traits on aggression of high school and undergraduate students from the city of João Pessoa, Brazil, using the General Aggression Model as the theoretical framework. The sample consisted of 218 students, of which 107 were high school students and 111 undergraduate students. The instruments used for data collection were as follows: Aggression Questionnaire, the Big Five Inventory and a Socio-Demographic Questionnaire. The main results showed direct effects of neuroticism (+), extraversion (+) and agreeableness (-) in physical aggression. On the other hand, indirect effects of neuroticism (+), opening (+) and agreeableness (-) in physical aggression, mediated by aggressive emotions have been found. These findings are discussed based on previous research and the General Aggression Model along with suggestions of research which have been conducted in an attempt to further knowledge in this area. a b s t r a c tSeveral studies have related personality variables with antisocial behavior. Among antisocial behaviors, driving under the influence (DUI) has received growing attention in recent years, particularly in relation to the role of personality. However, it has been shown that personality alone is not sufficient to accurately predict DUI. As a result, there is growing interest in identifying other types of individual differences that might predict this behavior better, such as attitudinal variables. The aim of this study was to examine differences in personality dimensions and attitudes between a group of DUI offenders and a comparison group. Ninety-eight subjects were assessed: 51 subjects who had been convicted of a DUI offense following a diversion program, and 47 drivers without criminal records. Personality was measured with the NEO-Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and antisocial attitudes were assessed with the Jesness InventoryRevised. Results indicated that offenders were more prone to show antisocial attitudes (p < .001) than comparisons. In terms of personality, there were no significant differences between the two groups. These findings suggest that attitudes may be useful predictors of DUI and should be taken into account in interventions designed to avoid recidivism.

Соотношение понятий «агрессивное» и «опасное» вождение в современной отечественной и зарубежной психологииПоликарпова М.С., магистрант факультета социальной психологии, ФГБОУ ВО МГППУ, Москва, Россия, dimirc2013@yandex.ru С проблемой «агрессивного» вождения сегодня сталкиваются во всех странах мира. Существуют неко-торые различия в подходах к определению содержания данного понятия и поэтому применяются различ-ные названия для такого вождения: в странах Европы и некоторых странах Азии это «careless driving» («небрежное вождение») и «dangerous driving» («опасное вождение»). В США и Австралии принято более широкое понятие, в оригинальном написании -«агрессивное поведение на дороге». В обзоре исследова-ний последних лет по проблемам «агрессивного» и «опасного» вождения выявлены сравнительные отли-чия и сходства понимания понятий «агрессивного» и «опасного» вождения, определены факторы, влияю-щие на возникновение агрессии у водителей.Ключевые слова: агрессивное вождение, опасное вождение, безопасность на дороге, факторы агрессив-ного вождения, дорожно-транспортная среда, правила дорожного движения. ВведениеВ настоящее время решение проблемы безопасно-сти на дорогах имеет большое значение, так как эта проблема касается здоровья и жизни многих тысяч людей. При этом на сегодняшний день существенная часть исследований посвящена изучению психологи-ческих факторов, которые отрицательно сказываются на вождении [11; 23; 13], либо личностных особенно-стей и индивидуально-психологических свойств води-телей, в том числе подчеркивается экстремальный характер ситуации вождения [9; 37].Можно говорить о том, что в России (в деятель-ностном подходе в отечественной психологии) управ-ление автомобилем определяется как «активное отно-шение водителя к дорожной обстановке, в котором прослеживается структура деятельности» [16].Учитывая, что в условиях дорожно-транспортной среды события быстро сменяют друг друга, в деятель-ности водителя (в частности, в управлении автомоби-лем) может внезапно возникнуть ситуация, в которой ему будет сложно быстро сориентироваться. В резуль-тате этого повышается количество ошибок в принятии решений, и как возможное следствие, у водителя могут возникнуть агрессивные реакции, которые провоциру-ют возникновение опасности на дороге. Вместе с этим, рассматривая ситуации опасности в условиях дорож-но-транспортной среды в рамках уже упомянутого деятельностного подхода, логично говорить не только о случайно возникающих опасностях, но и о намере-ниях водителя провоцировать и «активно» создавать такие ситуации. АктуальностьНеобходимо отметить, что в России 30.05.16 года Правительство Российской Федерации приняло поста-новление № 477 «О внесении изменения в Правила дорожного движения», в нем впервые было введено понятие «опасное» вождение.
