The complexity of enterprise operations is increasing, especially in supply chain management and strategic planning. This study explores the NK model and its application in the construction of enterprise management strategies. By comparing the performance of the NK model with the traditional Keynesian model in three key indicators of enterprise management efficiency, market share, and profit margin, this article aims to reveal the advantages of the NK model in simulating complex market environments and enterprise decision-making. This article first constructs an NK model, selects appropriate parameters, and sets the model structure. Subsequently, through simulation experiments, this article compared the operational performance of the NK model and the traditional Keynesian model in different market environments. The experiment designed simulated markets with various economic conditions, including economic prosperity, recession, intensified competition, or changes in market demand, and designed 18 enterprises with different characteristics for these simulated markets. By simulating the management of these enterprises, this article records and observes the enterprise response and its impact on key indicators guided by two models. The research results indicate that companies managed under the NK model outperform those managed under the traditional Keynesian model in terms of management efficiency, market share, and profit margin. Under the NK model, the maximum management efficiency of enterprises can reach 97.5%, while under the traditional Keynesian model; the maximum management efficiency of enterprises is only 77.2%. In addition, under the NK model, the maximum market share of enterprises reached 9.5%, while under the traditional model, the maximum market share of enterprises was much lower. In terms of profit margin, the highest profit margin for enterprises managed by the NK model reached 28%, while the highest profit margin for enterprises under the traditional model was only 12.7%. The application of the NK model in the construction of enterprise management strategies has shown significant advantages, especially in improving the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises to market changes.

In the face of the new economic environment, enterprises must continuously enhance their capabilities to achieve long-term development. In the current market scenario, business management relies on economic principles and legal accounting. Considering the current market situation, the article analyzed enterprises system reform and production planning, proposing corresponding countermeasures. Therefore, in order to achieve rapid development, it was necessary to strengthen the management of enterprises. In this paper, the current problems faced by enterprises, solutions and the significance of enterprises needed to improve their management level were explained, and the situation of enterprises was analyzed through the enterprise strategic management model. Comparing with the traditional management model in terms of the complexity of enterprise management processes, efficiency, management level score, and quarterly profit,findings reveal that the management model in the new economic environment has reduced the complexity of the enterprise process by 0.17 points. The management efficiency has increased by 0.15 points, the management score has increased by 14 points, and the quarterly profit of the company has increased by 30,000 yuan. Furthermore, it is elucidated that, in the new economy, enhancing the management level is essential for enabling enterprises to attain long-term development.

Enterprise innovation ecology plays a vital role in the operation and development of enterprises. It can enable enterprises to have benign and sustainable progress space in action. At the same time, it can also make the innovation ability of enterprises grow unprecedentedly, which is a crucial factor related to the survival and lifeline of enterprises. However, enterprise managers are often too immersed in concept innovation and structural optimization in the actual innovation and ecological construction of enterprises. Still, they do not pay attention to the problems in actual construction. This would cause the actual operation of the system to be restricted by key influencing factors such as environmental protection policies, making it difficult to achieve effective progress. In this regard, the purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss the enterprise innovation ecological philosophy based on the human–computer interaction mental model. Therefore, this paper comprehensively considers four key factors that affect the construction of enterprise innovation ecology, namely, the promotion of enterprise technology, the competitiveness of enterprise market, the innovation characteristics of enterprises, and the environmental constraints of innovation ecology, and improves and perfects the innovation ecosystem from these factors. Finally, an efficient ecological model of enterprise innovation was designed, and the scientific construction was carried out through the human–computer interaction mental model combining human–computer interaction technology and cognitive psychology. At the same time, the model is applied to the actual enterprise operation, and the naive Bayesian algorithm is adopted to optimize the relevant performance of the algorithm model. The experimental results showed that the highest sample accuracy of the algorithm reaches 92.9%, which greatly improved the operation efficiency of enterprise innovation ecological construction.
