This study aimed to describe the effect of science process skills-based learning in facilitating the achievement of student learning outcomes in the topic of carbohydrate metabolism. The research design used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. Trials were conducted on 30 students of SMAN 1 Tarik, Sidoarjo. The results of this study consists of 3 components, which includes the results of academic learning both product (material / concept) on LP1, process (integrated and basic science process skills) on LP2-01 and LP2-02 as measured by written test, as well as attitudes on the observation sheet. The result of the research showed that the science process-oriented learning process can improve the students' understanding based on the result of the preliminary and final test which has increased the proportion of the correct answer both on the test in the product LP and the result of the affective level of the students character and social skill was very high. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the science process skills can be used to facilitate the achievement of students' learning outcomes in the topic of carbohydrate metabolism.

Abstract. The main purpose of this article is to show dependencies between education and gender based on selected motivation factors. In order to obtain relevant data, the questionnaire method was used. In the years 2013-2016, 26,416 respondents participated. Descriptive statistics was used for data processing; the relationship between two categorical variables was verified by the chi-quadrate test and Tukey's HSD test. The results of the research proved the hypotheses; i.e. that there are significant differences in motivation factors among Slovak employees related to their gender and education. The most significant motivation factors included basic salary, job security and a good working team. The paper presents an original verifiable methodology that can be used in research of a similar focus in other European countries. The research results point to the potential of various alternatives for business managers responsible for preparing incentive motivation programmes related to the analysed factors.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan level motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran fisika dengan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 24 siswa kelas X di SMK Al Munawwariyyah, Malang pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017-2018. Hasil pemetaan motivasi siswa pada domain physics learning value menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 75% menyatakan bahwa fisika adalah penting dan bermanfaat bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Domain active learning strategies menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 50% siswa aktif dalam menghubungkan konsep dengan pengalaman sebelumnya. Domain self-efficacy menunjukkan sekitar 50% berkeyakinan dapat memahami fisika dengan baik, tetapi hanya sekitar 30% yang berkeyakinan mampu menyelesaikan soal fisika dan cenderung menyerah saat bertemu dengan soal yang sulit. Domain performance goal menunjukkan bahwa 50% siswa berusaha aktif agar mendapatkan nilai yang baik, tetapi tidak bertujuan untuk kelihatan lebih baik dari yang lain maupun mendapatkan perhatian dari guru. Domain Achievement goal menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 60% saja yang merasa puas dengan nilai baik, tetapi 96% siswa lebih puas ketika mampu memahami dan memecahkan masalah fisika. Domain Learning Environment Stimulation menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 60% siswa berpartisipasi aktif di kelas karena guru menggunakan berbagai macam metode, tidak menekan siswa, memfasilitasi siswa untuk aktif dalam setiap kegiatan baik teori maupun praktek. Temuan ini bermanfaat dalam penyusunan pembelajaran fisika lebih lanjut yang mempertimbangankan faktor motivasi agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas fisika lebih baik lagi.Kata Kunci: motivasi pembelajaran fisika, pendekatan saintifik. ABSTRACTThis research aimed to map the level of student motivation in learning physics with a scientific approach. It is a case study with descriptive quantitative approach. The respondents were 24 students from class X at Al Munawwariyyah Vocational School, Malang in the even semester of the school year 20172018. The result of mapping the student's motivation on physics learning value showed that around 75% students stated that physics is important and useful for everyday life. In the domain of active learning strategies, around 50% of students were competent in connecting concepts with previous experiences.
