The Effects of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in Well-Being and Perceived Stress in Adolescents with Low Academic Performance During the COVID-19 Pandemic

In a study by Shahrokhian et al (2022) , adolescents between the age of 15 and 18 were offered online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT; 10 sessions, each 120 min), which led to greater well-being and less stress compared to a control group.
