The Effects of Career Orientations on Entrepreneurial Satisfaction and Business Sustainability

Abstract: This study empirically analyzes how the career orientation factors of startup entrepreneurs affect entrepreneurial satisfaction as well as business sustainability. We propose directions for startup sustainability and development.
