The Effects of Bancassurance: Reviews from The Perspectives of Banks, Insurers, and Customers

Abstract: This conceptual paper examines bancassurance from the perspectives of banks, insurers, and customers. In general, bancassurance refers to the collaboration between banks and insurers to distribute insurance products to bank customers.
