The effectiveness, feasibility, and acceptability of a dialectical behaviour therapy skills training group in reducing burnout and psychological distress in psychology trainees: A pilot study

Abstract: Objective: High levels of burnout, stress, and distress are reported in trainee psychologists. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness, acceptability, and feasibility of an 8-week dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) skills training group for reducing study burnout and psychological distress and increasing study engagement and wellbeing.
