The Effect of Yoga Relaxation on Anxiety Levels among Pregnant Women

Abstract: Background: Self-reported maternal mood symptoms during pregnancy have been related to poor birth outcomes, including low birth weight, increased risk of premature delivery, and preeclampsia in the mother.
