The Effect of Working Environment on the Teacher Performance

Abstract: Abstract:This research aims to investigate the effect of the working environment on teachers' performance at MTS Madani Pao-Pao. This research used Quantitative Approach with the Ex-post Facto type. The sample was 12 teachers selected using purposive sampling. The data were collected through a questionnaire with the Likert Scale and then analyzed using descriptive and inferential analyses.
