The Effect of Work Motivation on Elementary School Teachers’ Performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine: 1) the role of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, 2) the determinants of the 2013 curriculum implementation, 3) the optimization of the role of teachers in the curriculum 2013.
