Abstract: Background: Piroxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication for treating fever, discomfort, and inflammation. In addition, Piroxicam inhibits cyclooxygenase and lowers prostaglandin synthesis, resulting in analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
