The Effect of Training Education, Motivation and Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of education and training, motivation, and knowledge sharing on employee performance at PT Telkom Akses BSD. This study was conducted on 127 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach with the non-probability sampling method of the Slovin formula.
