A Human Rights Measurement Initiative (HRMI) survey of practitioners within human rights organisations (including non-governmental organisations, lawyers, and journalists) reported negative impacts on a wide range of human rights in 2020, with participants identifying the worst impacts on 'rights to opinion and expression, assembly and association, food, education, health and work' [44].
