The Effect of Simulated Flash-Heat Pasteurization on Immune Components of Human Milk

Abstract: A pasteurization temperature monitoring system has been designed using FoneAstra, a cellphone-based networked sensing system, to monitor simulated flash-heat (FH) pasteurization.
