The effect of sevoflurane versus propofol anesthesia on troponin I after congenital heart surgery, a randomized clinical trial

Abstract: Background:The ischemic preconditioning phenomenon can save myocardium against move severe ischemic damages and reduce infarction size and furthermore a heart rhythm disturbance.
