Self-assessment provides many benefits in learning English, especially in terms of writing ability. This study aims to analyze teachers' perceptions and challenges that teachers find of the application of selfassessment in students' writing competencies at everal junior high school in Nusa Penida. This study used mixed method explanatory design as the research approach. The subjects of this study were EFL secondary teachers in three junior high school. Quantitative data in this study used a questionnaire to obtain accurate data related to teacher perceptions. Qualitative data used semistructured interviews. The interview statement was adjusted to the theory in the questionnaire. The data collection from questionnaire is analyzed by using Excel to find out the median of the questionnaire. In the interview, the data analyzed using thematic analysis. The result of this study shows that teachers have perceptions that tend to be positive towards the implementation of self-assessment in writing competency as a means for students to self-reflect, help students get feedback, develop writing ideas to be better confidently and independently. Teachers also experience obstacles in implementing self-assessment that the purpose of selfassessment is still not well understood by students.

This study aims to determine the profile of students' mathematical problem solving abilities before and after being taught using the Manipulative Media-Based Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) method, the effectiveness of the Manipulative Media-Based Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) method in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities, and differences in solving abilities students' mathematical problems between before and after the application of the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) learning method. This research is a quantitative pre-experimental design. The research design used is the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design pattern. This design has a pretest, before being given treatment. The data collection technique in this study used a multiple-choice test technique. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the problem-solving abilities of students before being taught the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) method based on manipulative media have an average value of 35.00, a standard deviation of 15.022 with a completeness percentage of 8% and after applying the Realistic Mathematical Education method ( RME) based on manipulative media students' problem solving abilities have an average of 84.20, a standard deviation of 8.602 with a completeness percentage of 92%; learning using the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) method based on manipulative media is effective in improving students' problem solving abilities in mathematics; and there are differences between before and after the implementation of the Realistic Mathematical Education (RME) method based on manipulative media.

Feynman Techniques have proven to be a game-changer in the field of education. The Feynman Techniques, developed by physicist Richard Feynman, provide a unique and effective approach to learning complex subjects. By breaking down information into simple terms and teaching it to others, slow learners can enhance their understanding and retention of material. This study aims to analyze revolutionary impact of the Feynman Techniques on slow learners in their journey from struggle to success. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The data collection stages in this research were carried out in search for and identify relevant data sources, carry out literature selection, and extract relevant data. This research uses thematic analysis methods to identify patterns, trends and main findings in the literature reviewed. This study found the principles behind the Feynman Techniques and highlights their practical application in educational settings. It also presents case studies and testimonials from slow learners who have experienced significant improvements in their academic performance and self-confidence after implementing these techniques. The findings suggest that the Feynman Techniques have the potential to revolutionize the way slow learners approach learning and achieve success.
