The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between psychological contract and employee performance in the tourism sector sample. The main cult of the study consisted of employees working in 5 and 4 star hotels operating in the city center of İzmir. A questionnaire was applied to 400 people in this main mass. By transferring the data to the computer environment, frequency and percentage analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis methods were performed. According to the results of the research, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the performance of the employees working in hotel businesses and the psychological contract they have formed with their managers; It was concluded that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the sub-dimensions of psychological contract (operational and relational) and employee performance.
