Abstract

In this study, the influence of optimism, hope, psychological endurance, and self-sufficiency, which are the sub-dimensions of Psychological Capital Scale, on entrepreneurship, has been tested with Multiple Regression Analysis. In this context, the hypotheses that were prepared in the scope of the study were applied to 300 students who were studying at Adıyaman University, Besni Vocational High School, who received Entrepreneurship Classes and who were successful. The results have revealed that the psychological capital is influential on the entrepreneurship inclinations of the hope and self-sufficiency sub-dimensions.
