The Effect of Piranha and Silane Modifications on Boron Nitride Nanosheets (BNNSs) Thin Film Formation

Abstract: In this study, the aim was to increase the adhesion between the two phases (glass substrate and BNNSs film). Surface treatment was provided by TEOS silane group and piranha solution. The retention times of the glass surfaces in the piranha solution and the adherence of different ratios of the silane solution to the glass surface were investigated.
