Furthermore, previous studies found that depression and anxiety are associated with poor QoL, as revealed by Alemoush et al (2021) who conducted a recent prospective observational study on 127 Jordanian patients with HF and found that persistent anxiety and depressive symptoms were associated with poor QoL in patients with HF (Alemoush et al , 2021).
