Abstract: Örgütün yapısı, bireylerin örgüte ilişkin algılarını etkilemektedir. Mekanik ve organik örgüt yapıları farklı örgüt kültürüne neden olmakta ve bu farklı kültürler, bireylerin, liderin gücüne yönelik algıları da dâhil olmak üzere birçok konudaki algılarını etkilemektedir.
