“…In this study, there are key reasons for considering the effects of organizational justice and organizational silence on organizational creativity. First, although many studies have been conducted in the literature on the automotive industry regarding the relationship of numerous phenomena such as leadership (Chaubey et al, 2019), strategic openness (Dhaher and Saaed, 2021), employee motivation (Pakdel, 2015) and organizational culture (Zeraatkar et al, 2020) with organizational creativity, no study has been found on the effect of organizational justice and organizational silence on organizational creativity.
