“…Para evaluar las posibilidades del sistema rSPECT en aplicaciones in vivo se realizaron varios estudios comunes utilizando roedores anestesiados: a) El primer conjunto de pruebas se realizó utilizando el trazador 99m Tc-MDP. Este compuesto es un trazador óseo ampliamente usado en clínica y en estudios con roedores para diferentes aplicaciones como las indicadas por ejemplo en (Gomes et al, 1998;Seto et al, 1993;Sela et al, 1995). En nuestro caso se realizaron dos estudios de cuerpo entero (cuatro posiciones axiales de la camilla, tiempo total por estudio 2 horas), para el primer estudio se utilizó una rata de 154 g y para el segundo un ratón de 24 g. En el estudio con la rata se utilizaron los colimadores de agujeros paralelos y se inyectaron al animal 6.3 mCi de trazador.…”
