“…Although the DNA cleavage activities and mechanisms of a few homodinuclear macrocyclic complexes [10,11] and some heterodinuclear uncyclic complexes [12][13][14] have been studied, the DNA cleavage studies of the heterodinuclear complexes of tetraazamacrocyclic dicompartmental ligands have not been reported yet.
