The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Workload on IT Project Employee Turnover Intention in the Madinah Government of Saudi Arabia

Abstract: The employee turnover ratio in information technology (IT) projects has become a main concern that needs to be resolved. This paper discovers the impact of job satisfaction and workload on the turnover intention of employees in IT projects in the Madinah Government of Saudi Arabia.
