Bu çalışma ilkokul öğretmen adaylarının (n=20) deney etkinliklerinin faydalarına ilişkin kavramlarının, deneysel etkinlikleri içeren ders öncesi ve sonrası, çeşitliliğini ve uygulanan dersin etkisini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamakatadır. Çalışmada araştırma deseni olarak fenomenografi, veri olarak ise yazılı cevaplar, raporlar ve görüşme ve gözlem notları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada temel ve ileri düzey olmak üzere iki çeşit faydaya ulaşılmıştır. Temel faydalar, düşük, nedene dayalı, geleceğe dönük profesyonel plan içeren, ve tutku içeren olmak üzere dört kategoride toplanmıştır. İleri düzey fayda ise, umut verici, orta düzeyde umut verici ve yüksek düzeyde umut verici olmak üzere üç kategoride toplanmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının fayda kavramları derse bağlı olarak gelişmiştir.

The need to create awareness and consciousness in the universities and educational faculties that train the teacher trainees has been met with the Scientific Research Methods courses, which deals with the ethical and especially scientific and publication ethics aspects of Academic Dishonesty Behaviors because of their frequent occurrence. In this study, it was aimed to examine the Academic Dishonesty Tendency scores of mathematics teacher trainees, who took Scientific Research Methods courses and who did not take these courses. In addition to this it was determined whether these tendencies differ significantly in terms of gender variable. The sample of the research was composed of Mathematics teacher trainees who were studying in the Department of Mathematics Education of a State University. This study is a descriptive study, which was carried out using the general scanning model. The "Academic Dishonesty Tendency Scale" (ADTS) was used to determine the academic dishonesty tendencies of the Mathematics teacher trainees. As the result of this study, it was determined that academic dishonesty tendencies of the Mathematics teacher trainees, both who took and did not take Scientific Research Methods courses, were at the medium level.

Öğrencilerin intihal davranışları akademik çevreyi oldukça uzun süredir meşgul eden önemli bir konu olarak varlığını korumaktadır. Diğer taraftan, Covid-19 küresel pandemi sürecinde geleneksel eğitimden hızlı bir şekilde çevrim içi eğitime geçilmesi intihalin lisans öğrencileri arasında daha fazla artmasına yol açmıştır. Bu bağlamda lisans öğrencilerinin intihal davranışlarını önlemek için bazı tedbirlerin alınması daha da önemli hale gelmiştir. Amaç: Çalışmada, Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi Bölümü (BBYB) dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerine intihal konusunda eğitim verilmesinin öğrencilerin bu konuda gelişim göstermesinde etkili olup olmadığının ortaya çıkartılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmada tek gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Veriler dört farklı ölçüm kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, ortalama hesapları yapılmış ve t-testi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmada kullanılan dört farklı ölçümün tümünde son testten alınan puanlarla ön testten alınan puanların ortalamaları arasında son testler lehine anlamlı fark tespit edilmiştir, cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenlerinin ise anlamlı farklılık oluşturmadığı bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Çalışmada intihal konusunda verilen dersin, öğrencilerin intihal bilgilerinde ve intihal bilgilerini uygulamaya dönüştürmelerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ölçüde gelişmeyi sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Özgünlük: Farklı disiplinlerde lisans öğrencilerinin intihal davranışlarını önlemeye yönelik eğitim verilmesi konusunda deneysel pek çok çalışma bulunurken, BBY alanındaki lisans öğrencilerine yönelik deneysel bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışma, alan yazındaki bu boşluğu doldurması ve bu konuda araştırma yapacaklara örnek olması bakımından önemli ve özgündür.
