The Effect of Employees' Perceptions of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: An Application in Turkish Public Institutions

Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of organizational justice perceptions of public sector employees on the organizational citizenship behavior.
