The study focused on the extent of work culture and learning organization practices in promoting work productivity among public elementary school teachers at the San Francisco District School System, Division of San Pablo City for the School Year 2020-2021. A total of 163 teacherrespondents were used in the study. Frequency percentage, standard deviation, and the mean were used to assess the level of manifestations among variables. In addition, Pearson correlations were employed to identify positive relationships of work culture and learning organization practices to work productivity. Findings revealed work culture was highly observed and learning organization was highly practiced among public elementary school teachers. Similarly, respondents in the San Francisco District show a high level of work productivity in effective teaching and work commitment. Furthermore, there is a moderate relationship between work productivity and work culture (supportive, innovative, and bureaucratic). Finally, there was a moderate to strong association between learning organizational practices and work productivity. The findings implied that work culture and learning organization practices are critical since they directly impact on attracting and maintaining people. The positive work relationships that occur at the workplace represent a positive environment. As a result of its ability to do so, the school can stay ahead of the curve in terms of change and competition, resulting to higher productivity.

The purpose of this study is to develop a Model of Relationship between Teacher Leadership and Teacher Efficacy among secondary school teachers in Malaysia. The study uses both domestic and international studies. This study examines issues in the relationship between teacher leadership and teacher efficacy comprising national education policies and teacher quality. Challenges in teacher leadership and teacher efficacy include the industry revolution 4.0. international education, and international antenatal care. The implication of this study is hoped to provide additional information in the teacher leadership and teacher efficacy theory and provide a clear line of training and professionalism enhancement programs for teachers, schools and the Ministry of Education Malaysia.

This study investigates the concepts of Students’ Counseling and Teachers’ Moral Integrity Management in an Ethno-linguistically Diverse Science Education Schools. It aims to expose another cause of teachers’ moral integrity question and provides suggestions to ensure the hardworking teachers are not discouraged and the schools do not lose public trust. Having adopted a multidisciplinary approach, the study exploited oral interviews and e-library resources as data sources. The dichotomy “Theory X and Y” by Douglas McGregor of 1960 was used as the theoretical frame-work to anchor the study. It was discovered that the use of incomplete statements, ambiguous words and gender sensitive statements during students’ counseling are responsible for misinterpretation of intention which often put teachers’ moral integrity at risk. It was suggested that science teachers should be gender conscious and avoid easily misunderstood statements during students counseling. Also, School Administrators and counseling association of Nigeria should organize workshop for science teachers on the needs to refer low performing students to professional counselors for proper counseling interventions.
