Abstract. The article contents the description of reorganization complementary information model provided for the lifecycle stage of facility management. The main components or assets of that model are functional, constructive, and organization-technological level of a declination from the project perfect model. There are also three-level model of building reorganization type definition. It represents an operation-automated algorithm for updating the technical specification of building reorganization.

Abstract. In this article 4 complexes energy efficiency measures for different energy efficiency classes are chosen, it is defined the thermal heating costs of the building during the heating period, it is defined the cost and the payback period of energy efficiency measures. The conclusion about the feasibility of capital repair of buildings by increasing energy efficiency class from an economic point of view is made.

Abstract. The objective of this research is the creation of a testing bench prototype for comparing different types of heart valves, taking into account the variability of some important parameters involved in cardiovascular events. Thanks to performed tests and to obtained data, the comparison between the different valves allows physicians to make the most appropriate choice of heart valve for each patient. The study is still in preliminary stage: it is necessary to do many tests in order to obtain a large amount of data with which it is possible to proceed with the development and implementation of a testing bench stable and easily programmable.
