The distribution of lipoids in the genital tract of the monkey at different stages of the menstrual cycle

Abstract: Three years ago, the authors ( '36) reported biochemical studies of the tissues of the genital tract of the female macaque, especially in relation to the menstrual cycle. The concentrations of water, total nitrogen and glycogen, as well as the amount of ash recovered after combustion were investigated.
