This questionnaire used 1-5 Likert scales and contained five themes with 24 items, namely place and importance of grammar (1,3,12,17,23), group and pair work (2,9,13,21,22), quality and quantity of error-correction (6,10,14,15), the role of teacher in the classroom (7,16,19,24), and the role of learners (4,5,8,11,18,20).
