The Development of the Brewing Industry in South Bohemian Region in The Turn Of The 20th And 21st Centuries

Abstract: Studie prokázala, že jihočeské pivovarství se v rámci české výroby piva vyvíjí specifickým způsobem. Pouze v Jihočeském kraji byly během malé privatizace realizovány prodeje dvou velkých pivovarů. Také jediný privatizovaný pivovar na území České republiky, který je v majetku města, tedy Strakonický pivovar, se nalézá v Jihočeském kraji.
