The Development of Butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea) Flower Powder Drink by Co-crystallization

Abstract: Abstract— A method consist of co-crystallization, agglomeration, drying has been applied to develop a powder drink from butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) extract.
