The culture of reading in a pandemic and the impact on the value of citizens

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the culture of reading and its role during the isolation of COVID-19. The study concludes that enhancing reading culture and stimulating reading during pandemics can prevent many psychological disorders. The pandemic, that is, COVID-19, has brought about many changes.
