“…This review aimed to identify instruments that measure S/R coping in clinical settings. Some instruments that measure S/R coping were found but weren't conducted in clinical settings, such as Spiritual Coping Scale-30 (SCS-30; Corry et al, 2013); Hindu religious coping scale (Tarakeshwar et al, 2003); Scale of Buddhist coping (BCOPE; Phillips et al, 2012); Brief Arab Religious Coping Scale (BARCS; Amer et al, 2008); Spiritual Coping Strategies (SCS) Scale, in Maltese and English (Baldacchino & Buhagiar, 2003) and in Spanish (Hawthorne et al, 2011); and the Spiritual Coping Strategies Scale Arabic Version (Cruz et al, 2017). Nevertheless, these instruments represent an option for future research and practice.…”

Several researchers in their review recommend that workplace spirituality may promote employee creativity levels (Freshman, 1999;Giacalone and Jurkiewicz, 2010;Shinde and Fleck, 2015).…”

“…From there, mobilizing resources transpires (through creativity and spirituality) leading to emotion-focused strategies, problem-focused strategies, hope, self-esteem, and examination of life's meaning. In one of the last steps, the negative thoughts and emotions will turn into positive ones, yielding to greater resilience, ability to cope and reappraisal of the stressor [28].…”
