Social harmony stimulations should be given as early as possible since it correlates with a number of conducts, such as respecting cultural differences, tolerance, and willingness to constructively resolve a conflict. As social harmony affects students' characters, an intervention to enhance their social harmony is required. This study aims to investigate the efficiency of symbolic video modeling consisting of Malay values in improving students' social harmony. It used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest model. This study involved 101 randomly selected respondents and used 45 items social harmony scale to obtain the data. The data analysis was carried out using a dependent sample t-test. The results suggest that the symbolic modeling video of Malay values is effective in enhancing the social harmony of the Junior High School students. Further, the 13 years old female students are observed to have higher social harmony than their 12 and 14 years old counterparts. The findings of this study can be used as a reference in resolving students' issues, primarily the issues related to social harmony. This study has beneficial for counselor especially in improving students' social harmony with the Malay values.

Counselors become adaptive individuals to changes that exist, even though they occur so quickly. One of them is that the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the implementation of the counseling program in schools. The implementation of the counseling program in schools is expected to be able to accommodate the needs of students to be able to solve complex problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is evaluation research with a discrepancy evaluation model approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the counseling program in schools based on predetermined standards. The implementation of this research is an evaluation with the research population being teacher guidance and counseling at the junior high school level in Malang Regency with a focus on implementing counseling programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research instrument is based on performance-based professional teacher evaluation guidelines on the third aspect of the fifth criterion. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively and percentages to determine the implementation of the counseling program during the pandemic. The results show that counselors can adapt well to changes due to the covid-19 pandemic. This condition is indicated by the counselor starting to use technology in counseling (cybercounseling) to overcome the problems that occur so that they can carry out the program on a scheduled and limited basis in accordance with the health protocol rules. The follow-up results are recommendations to counselors for the implementation of future counseling programs.

The digital era as the impact of the science and technology revolution is a necessity that cannot be avoided by humans. In addition, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused learning to be diverted through online media. Not only subject teachers, but BK teachers also get the impact of technological developments and the covid-19 pandemic at the same time. This study aims to determine the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of guidance and counseling teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Ciamis Regency. This research is descriptive, the approach used is quantitative with the type of correlation. The technique of data collection is done by using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The data analysis technique was carried out in stages, starting from the validity test and the data reliability test. Then a statistical analysis was carried out consisting of a partial analysis per indicator and variable interpretation. Then the correlation analysis was carried out including the normality test of the data, the linearity test of the data, the correlation test, and the coefficient of determination test. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the Pearson correlation was 0.756. Based on the correlation coefficient interpretation table, 0.756 is in the interval 0.60 - 0.799, or is included in the strong category, it can be concluded that the relationship between cybercounseling management and the digital competence of BK teachers in MTs Kab. Ciamis has a strong relationship.
