The Counselor's Role Communication Skills, or The Roles Counselors Play: A Conceptual Model

Abstract: This article presents a two‐dimensional conceptual model called the “Role Communication Skill Model,” which outlines a comprehensive approach to the issue of skill‐oriented training.
