Role Communication Skills Training for Counselor Graduate Assistants

Abstract: CUNY) has offered counseling for educationally and economically disadvantaged students at its 10 senior colleges since 1968 through the Search for Education, Elevation, and Knowledge (SEEK) Program. Recently, however, funding for SEEK counseling was reduced, resulting in a dramatic increase in the counselor-client ratio.
