Asnaf Faqir refers to a group of indigent people who have no source of income, possess neither property or material of their own, and they earn less than 50 percent of their own and their dependents’ basic necessities in life. This study was conducted to identify the indicators that can be used to steadily empower destitute people based on Imam Al-Ghazali’s thoughts and views. The subsequent findings produced a basic framework for the formation of Asnaf Faqir’s career path, based on the concept of spirituality. This qualitative study used library methods for the data collection. The data for this study were collected through various documents and manuscripts, including the Holy Quran, Books of Hadith, Al-Ghazali’s works, journal articles, and others. The data for this study were analyzed deductively and inductively to extract basic spiritual principles related to career paths, as suggested by Al-Ghazali. This study shows that the elements of al-Ruh, al-Insan, al-‘Aql, al-Qalb and al-Jasad of humans are important in shaping the career path of Asnaf Faqir. These five elements were found to be critical factors in fulfilling the planning, exploration, gathering of information, and determination of the career path of Asnaf Faqir as entrepreneurs or skilled workers.

In now days, character is to be something very important in a technological era. If the materialistic advantages and benefits obtained from the advancement of the industrial era are not followed by the adequacy of immaterial factors, it will certainly bring about chaos in personal and social lives. Furthermore, the impact of the two sides disharmony will at least trigger three things. First, moral decline in community, second, the decreasing sense of togetherness and unity, third, interpersonal interaction has changed. So, human being needs identity and character in order to not experience disorientation in life. This paper aims to describe the characteristics of the disciples of Tarekat Naqsabandiyah-Kholidiyah in central Java, Indonesia and to analyze how the values of character education formed within the disciples of Tarekat Naqsabandiyah Khalidiyah. The methods used in collecting data were in depth interview, observation, and documentation. Having collected, they would be analyzed by steps like collecting, reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusion. The result showed internalization of the values were performed by integrated ways which combined either internal or external factors. Internal factors was started by pure motivation in each disciples’ inner heart. The external factor consisted of family, tarekat teaching, mursyid model, and jama’ah. The educational character along with the jama’ah tarekat can be categorized into three major characters namely; wisdom, keep avoiding the bad deed, and courage. These characters are also contained in educational character, and the most important thing is how the formal education can imitate the method used in building that character

This research is motivated by the development of education in the 21st-century, which demands students to master the 4C skills (creative thinking, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication), particularly in the field of physics. The nature of physics learning requires active and interactive teaching methods that can be implemented through project-based activities for students. One effective instructional media is the student worksheet designed based on STEM-PjBL (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics project-based learning) principles. This research aims to assess the suitability of STEM-PjBL student worksheets as a learning media, which can serve as a recommendation to assist teachers in teaching renewable energy topics. This study uses the ADDIE model to adopt the Research and Development (R&D) method. This research results in a STEM-PjBL student worksheet as a physics learning media to understand renewable energy topics. The STEM-PjBL student worksheet is expected to assist students in mastering 21st-century skills effectively.
