Abstract: In this paper are recorded t h e composition of t h e fatty acids present in t h c fats from t h e following materials : Hypfis spiczgera, Ltcffa cylindrica, Lagenaria virlgaris, Cilrirllzrs vulgaris (var. inedible melon).
